script error

I get a script error when I select a particular email to open. If I select
yes to run the error the email crashes, if no it restarts and either way I
can't open or delete it.
The error reads

I ran regsvr32 ole32.dll and it said it was loaded but the call to
dllregieterserver failed because of error in 0x8000ffff

Tools | Options | Security
Make sure WinMail is in the Restricted sites zone.

If that doesn't fix it, Click View | Layout and uncheck Show Preview Pane
and then delete the message.

I deleted it in safe mode and changed security to restricted, thanks.
