Every time I open my internet explorer and open a new
page I get this message:
An error has occurred in the script in this page
Line: 5
Char: 16
Error: Expected end of statement
Code: 0
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
I am running windows xp and internet explore 6.
Any suggestions, its driving me crazy.

Thanks

It sounds like your homepage has a Java/Javascript error
and you are running (if I remember right) the Java
debugger. EEither disable the debugger from the Internet
Options or choose a new homepage.

Hi Paula,

Check your settings here:

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Disable Script Debugging and Display a
notification about every script error.

If you continue to get the errors after trying the above and/or the settings
become unchecked, rename mdm.exe
