Script error upon opening outlook

I get a a message every time I open Outlook. I have tried enabling and disabling script to no avail -- need help, very annoying. Windows XP, Outlook 2003

An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line 298, Char 1, Error class not registered, Code:0, URL Outlook: today
