script error , printing

Hi, does anyone know how to resolcve the problem, i get
message script error line 93 , char 1 access denied when
i try to print from the internet, cheers Yvonne

OK Found this....

Close out Internet Explorer. Right click on the Internet Explorer icon and
select Properties. Look for the Advanced Tab.

Find the line "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions". UNCHECK its box.
Click on OK.

Restart Internet Explorer, navigate yourself back to the page you were
trying to print, and print again.
