Script error on startup of Windows xp

When the computer startup appear a script error.

Script error:

Error 12053076: description GetLastError returned 3, Source
FileOpenTextFile, Line 12, Column: 0

I hoop that somebody can help.

This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not a WINDOWS newsgroup.

I'd suggest asking your question in a Windows newsgroup, if that error is
issued by MS Windows.
