With respect, but why you didn't go back to Galen and said so, she/He may
have another solution to give you instead of just ignoring the person who
responded to you!.
Did you scan for malware/Grayware on your computer?.
As Galen told you before try this:
1 = Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools / Internet Options
Click on the Programs tab
Click on the Reset Web Settings button, then Click on Manage Add-Ons and See
if there are other Toolbars have been installed and Disable BHO for them.
Also while there click on Advance Tab and under Browsng Option check these:
[ ] Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) check this option
[ ] Disable Script Debugging (Other) check this Option
Then do the opposite with this Box Uncheck it:
[ ] Enable Third Party Web browser extensions (req rest) uncheck this box.
Click OK and Reboot your Machine.
2 = Try to Register these DLs by doing this: Go to Start / Run
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
3= or you may need to Uninstall/Reinstall IE from the control Panel click
Add/Remove Programs.
P.S do one step (1,2,3) at a time and Reboot your computer and try the
Website.
