Script error and different display in firefox than IE

Hello all,

I have put together a web site in honor of my brother who died in a
hiking accident. I'm fairly sure it used to work fine, but now
there's a problem on the following page where if it's viewed in IE it
looks fine, but if it's viewed in Firefox the picture is moved to the
left so it's covering the text on the page.

The page is: http://cliffkaminsky.org/poem.html

I notice that when I go to the "Preview" tab in FrontPage, I get this
error:

Line: 2 Char: 1 Error: Invalid Character Code: 0 (and then the URL
is a .htm file in my local Temporary Internet Files folder.)

Any help figuring out what this error means and why the picture moves
in Firefox would be much appreciated!

Thanks a lot!

Ross
