Script Editor Errors FP 2002

Every time I try to start the Script Editor, I get the
following error message: "Microsoft Script Editor has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

Of course the Script Editor won't start.
 
Try a reinstall and make sure the script editor is installed
PS
Make sure you have all your OS, IE and MS Office service packs and updates installed
