Screentip

I set up screentips for hyperlinks and they work in IE but not Netscape. Is
there a fix for this?

Actually they are hotspots on an image that the screentip shows information
about the hotspot.
 
Netscape is an ancient browser which about 0.2% still uses so you can
safely ignore it in this regard. Few if any will ever view your site
using that. If it was Opera or Firefox that had problems it would be
another matter.
