What problems are you having? Try the below areas for adjustment or help
Rightclick an open area near center of screen/click propertie
Click the Appearance tab and check color to - Default (Blue
Click the Settings tab/Troubleshoot button/and check the last item - I cannot, etc......
If all else fails, read the manual that should have come with your monitor.
