Could someone help me? My young son has clicked on my laptop and turned the
screen round, so now my screen is sideways instead of the correct way round,
its hurting my neck, please someone advise me as to what I have to do to turn
it round to the correct way round!!!!!! PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!

I just answered the same question you posted 25 minutes after this one.
Please be patient and give people a chance to read your question and
respomd.
 
Start with Ctrl+Alt+Up arrow.
Play around with Ctrl+Alt+ other arrows if not.
You may also find the option in Control Panel-Display to rotate the
screen.

Video Card controls that; look for the option there. It might be in control
panel, display, Advanced also.
