Screen Upside Down

Hello All,

I have a client that used the Accessibilty Wizard to change his font size to
a larger font. When he did so the screen rotated 180 degrees. I tried to
have him use the adjustments on the monitor and it did not work. I also had
him change monitors to no avail. I also tried changing drivers with no
success. We also tried putting the font back where it was. That also did
not work. Any ideas to what I need to do to repair this problem.

Thank You in Advance

Hi

If you've tried resetting via the Desktop Properties without any luck, try a
System Restore back to a point before the problem started.

We had a similar quirk at the office I work at after we upgraded some display
drivers for our graphics cards.

We found the problem was due to the user unwittingly pressing the shortcut
keys to rotate the display e.g. in this case it was Ctrl + Alt + Down Arrow
key (this rotated screen 180 degrees). Ctrl + Alt + Right Arrow rotated the
screen 90 degrees etc etc.

We are using Intel 82845GL cards, if you goto Advanced display properties
you may find something in there about HotKeys.

Failing that you could always turn the monitor upside down ;-)

Thank You
I will give it a try
