Screen Tips

I have screen tips "turned on/enabled" ("Show ScreenTips on toolbars" and
"Show shortcut keys in Screentips on Toolbars" check boxes checked.) What, on
the toolbars, can I "click" to "show" my screentips? OR How can I access my
screen tips?

ScreenTips should be displayed when you hover the mouse over a toolbar
button.
