Screen Shots

I am using a screen shot in able to print formating marks. I find that by
using the print screen button I can then past the document, including
formatting marks into a new document and using the picture tools crop what I
don't want. The problem is that I don't get the complete document when I
paste to new document. Suggestions?

Short of using a dedicated screen capture program such as SnagIt, which can
capture a scrolling view, your only recourse is to use a series of screen
shots.
