Screen shots

Hi. I have a challenge for someone! I take screen shots
of my Add/Remove Programs screen after I install a
Windows Update (in order to have a record that the update
actually took).

I always use Alt-PrtScr and then paste into an MS-Word
file. However, I just noticed that all my recent screen
shots are fuzzy, whereas one I took on Nov. 2nd last year
is perfectly clear.

Does anyone know why these images would change? The size
of the fuzzy pasted screen shot is smaller as well. If
I'm doing the same thing each time (Alt-prtscr, paste),
why should this be?

Dont paste screenshots into Word, put them in Paint. Word
will scales them down. So Paste them into Paint, save the
files, then import the picture into Word.

do you have firework or photo ,if so you can paste on them, then you can see
clearly.remeber that if the resolution of your monitor is 800*600 or
1024*768,for example in firework you can do this file\new and in the popup
dialogue adjust the new document as 800pix*600pix or 1024pix*768pix,then
paste the picture on the new document

This can also be done by [PrintScr] > Paste into Windows Paint

It automatically updates the image size.

If you save as PNG, it keeps the resolution and image intact
