Windows XP has a screen saver program that will use the pictures from
my "My Picture" folder. Is there a way I can get a copy of this to
use on a Windows 98SE system?

There are similar programs such as http://www.screenpaver.com/ or you can
use the Windows 98 Plus pack. Personally I find screen savers, especially on
Windows 98/Me to be the source of many many problems. However if you have
lots of system and video RAM you can usually get by with them.
