my screen saver will not work.
in 'display properties' under 'screen saver' where you
enter the time to wait before the screen saver starts
this area is darkened and will not let me enter any time.
visa the screen saver will not start.
 
If you have "None" selected as your scr saver, the area you metioned will not be "active" .. if "None" is selected, change it first, then see if area is selectable.
