My screen saver will not start. I had a purchased screen saver running then
removed it and now none of the screen savers will start. Can this be
restored without completely reinstalling XP?

Hi wink,

See if this applies.

The screen saver does not work when you use a Wireless Optical Desktop mouse
on a Windows XP SP2-based computer:

Thank you so much. That was exactly what my problem was. I hadn't noticed
that when I installed the wireless mouse my screen saver quit working.
Thanks to you it is now working.

thanks

Wouldn't you think that Microsoft would either fix the problem or at
least note the potential problem on the box?

Is there a fix for this? I'm not ginving up my wireless mouse. This just
started happening when I installed Windows Genuine Advantage Kit for XPPro
