Screen saver issue

I've got my screen saver set up to play a "my pictures" slide show. I've
pointed it to a folder with a couple hundred sub-folders in it, each with
pictures in them. The problem I'm getting is that the slide show is only
showing pictures that are in sub-folders that start with A or B. How can I
get it to show pictures from every sub-folder?
 
Anybody WHAT?

Do you see the problem when you don't include the original message in the reply!
