Screen saver and monitor power saving

Hi all,

I am currently using GP to force a screen saver and timeout to all clients
in our network. This is working fine, so long as a user is logged in.

However, if there is no one logged on, the monitor stays at the logon
window. I need to find a way to force it to run the screen saver at least,
but would prefer the monitor to enter low power or shut down after 15
minutes of inactivity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
