Screen Resolutions and differnt placement of frame

I hope this makes sense ...

I have built a page that is made of 3 frames (Top-Middle-Bottom)

All is ok except for the bottom frame which depending on what screen
resolution/monitor you are using/viewing

The bottom frame is made up of 3 columns and in each column text -
when I get the text to align with the frame above on one monitor - the
next monitor has the text sitting out of place - say further to the
lft and does not line up with the image in the frame (middle) above?

Anyway I can overcome this - does what I said make sense?

Any help greatly appreciated

It will help if you placed all the content in all three
frames in a table of the same fixed width, such as 750
wide, and flush left or centered.

If you do not specify the tables' width, they will resize
with the monitor's individual resolution. I hope this is
clear to you.

You will find it virtually impossible to align content across frame for all resolutions and browsers
- the windows are treated differently by different browsers and platforms
