I've Developed My Access Application with screen resolution of 800x600, if
any of the user have more resolution, it looks odd. i want that either access
can check the screen resolution of there is a tool which can fix it or access
checks and give message to set the screen resolution as required.

What you need is the Form Resizer. It does just that, adjusting all the
controls so it looks the same, only bigger when the resolution is higher.
I've tried it and it works just fine, and best of all, it's FREEWARE! Follow
this link to download it:

Why do you think it looks odd? User's choose their resolution for a reason and
a program that tries to emulate a different resolution is likely to just be
irritating.
