I changed my screen resolution from 1024 x 768 to 800 x 600 and now I can't
change it back because I can't get to the apply button. Now what?

Thank you

Why can't you get to the Apply button? Try
pressing your Enter key instead.

If the edge of the window is off the edge of
desktop....just grab the blue bar and drag it
back.

Not enough detail/specification etc.
So a guess - if you set resolution for output via
S-video to CRT/external display etc
(800x600 being the required res for s-video output)
Then try disabling S-video output.
Also depending on graphics card/adapter -
access via properties: "Troubleshooter" and reset
"monitor" as the primary display.

If the problem is that you cannot see anything clearly because of the resolution:
1. Reboot
2. Wait until Windows loads.
3. Press WinKey + R to open Run dialog
4. Type desk.cpl
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+Tab
6. Press the right arrow key at least two times.
7. Hit enter.

Standard windows will respond to the Alt-Space key combo by displaying
the control menu (even though you may not see it).
Press the "M" key to activate MOVE via cursor controls.
The Arrow keys will then step the window in the corresponding
direction until you can see the control you are after.

Enter exits Move mode with the window repositioned. Esc cancels Move
mode with the Window remaining in its original position.
