screen resolution

I have a PC with XP version 5.1 SP2 and I reset the screen resolution
but it goes back to the original setting every time the PC is rebooted.
I have another PC runnng XP and I have never had this problem. What can
I do to make the screen resolution change stick?

Have you tried re-installing the most recent WinXP-specific video
drivers, as provided by your video adapter's manufacturer?
