screen resolution viewing problems

Tanya

I recently published a website I built on a resolution of
1024 x 768 and needless to say it looks horrible in 800 x
600 which I guess is standard. When I changed my
resolution to 800 x 600 and then opened FP, the page I was
going to modify still did not display the same way it does
when viewed on the web. Is there something I can change
that will allow me to make a webpage the way it will
appear? It looks good on the screen but when you preview
on the web it looks awful, out of alignment, etc.. and it
has really become a frustrated game of guessing where
things will go to be viewed right by the end user. Thanks
for any help.

When viewing your pages, use File Menu | Preview in browser, not the Preview
Tab.

Use tables to structure your page layout. Avoid absolute positioning of
items.
