Screen Resolution Changes affect all users.

I am Running Windows XP Home. All users have Admin accounts. Whenever I
change the screen resolution, font sizes, Iconsizes on my account, all other
accounts on the pc change as well. This is very annoying to the other users,
so I have to change all settings back before I log off. If you have any ideas
how to fix this problem please help me.
Thanx...

There is no native solution. Screen resolution settings are global, not user
specific.

Whoever made that decision should be slapped upside the head. It was
probably some young pup who thinks that everyone's eyes are the same.

Dissappointed that there's no native solution. Oh well... Thanx for your quick reply

Better than that there is a small (46KB) utility called UniqueDisplay.exe
place this in the All Users startup folder or however you prefer to get
programs to run for all users on startup. It remembers your last screen
resolution when you log in and works flawlessly with fast user switching too
:)

Here's where I found it:

Go here:

http://www.dougknox.com/

select "Win XP Utilities" from the left-hand side

select "XP User Display Settings" from that page
