I have successfully installed SP2, and when I am asked to restart, I see the
Windows XP Pro screen with the blue dots showing it is loading, but then when
booted, the MOST I get is 4 colors and resolution of 640x480 (or just
completely black). I ahve a Philips 109S4 monitor, 504 megs of RAM,
PentiumIII 1.7 gHz.

Thank you for any assistance.

Download and install the latest video card driver from the vbideo card
manufacturer for your system.
