Screen Macros in XP?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to "record" mouse and keyboard input
and play it back to do a repetetive project. I have to click, press f9, then
the Y key... about 30,000 times. The database we have (ACT 5) does not allow
for multiple deletions and each company must be deleted manually using the
method described above.

I used a program called Vermont Hightest years ago that did something very
similar for testing programs. If anyone is familiar with the ability to do
something similar in XP, it will save me weeks of work and my poor widdle
fingers.
