Hi,
I have a user who screen keeps going black or freezes. Canging the monitor
did not help. Processes are still running on the computer and i have
installed any new patches/software. I could try to update the driver but
having not upgraded any part of the computer i don't see where that would
help.
it is a W2K hich has been running stong since it was bought (3 yrs). i have
it under contract but until i can get replacemen/fix i need my user up and
going on the network.
