I just downloaded the latest 0.3.9 beta version of Screamer Radio with
Winamp DSP plugin support, so i tried to install DFX for Winamp from :
http://www.fxsound.com/dfx/index.php?vendor=0&subvendor=0&plus=0 but i
can't install it on the Screamer Radio directory, it keep asking me to
install it on the Winamp plugins directory. Any solution ?

Install winamp, install the plugin, copy it to screamer and install it
there too, delete winamp. Or maybe screamer can (only?) use it from the
winamp installation,in that case don't delete winamp.

This is not freeware so I don't want to test it. Do it yourself.

I think Screamer just uses copies of the WinAmp dll's -- that is,
if a WinAmp plugin has an installer, you can't *install* to
Screamer, you have to install to WinAmp, and then copy the relevant
dll files across to Screamer.

I could be wrong on this, but that's how I think it works.
