SCR files on Win XP

Can't find an XP Newsgroup
When copying AutoCAD script files, it seems there is a security block
because of what SCR files are capable of. Even though I have administrator
priviliges, I can't copy SCR files from one computer to the other, the
target computer being XP Pro.

Any ideas?
