Do you know if I can add tags to a PowerPoint file to
make it SCORM compliant?
 
Hi,

You can add MetaData tags to a PowerPoint Presentation by clicking on File,
Properties. You also have the ability to create custom metadata
properties.

Within the presentation you can add Alt-Text tags to objects as well as
Screen Tips (mouse-over text) to links.

Although it's written for accessibility of presentations, it covers what's
available for tagging presentations pretty well.
