Schema Backup Questions!

I would like to backup the Schema for our active
directory. I do have a Windows 2000 server.

Please advise how to complete this task and what are the
files I need to backup. Thank you in advance for your
help.

The Schema is part of the Active Directory database, also called the "System
State". The native Windows backup utility performs System State backups
very nicely, as well as any number of third party utilities.
