scheduling "recurring" meetings

We have some meetings that recur but not in a consistant
pattern. For example: staff meeting generally occurs
once a month, but the actual day will change from month to
month. We would like to avoid having to set up each date
separately. Is there some method to schedule by selected
date rather than repeating pattern.

Thanks

If it's not a consistent pattern, then it's not exactly recurring by Outlook's definition. An easy workaround might be to Ctrl+drag a meeting from one date to another to copy it.
