scheduling meeting in new calendars

Tom

I created a new calendar. When responding to a meeting request, Outlook
doesn't place the meeting in the calendar. How do you change the default to
the newly created calendar.

The default calendar is in the default message store. if you want that
calendar to be default you need to set that pst as default. If it’s a
subfolder, it can't be the default.

You can't pick and choose which folders will be the defaults from among the
folders you have. The defaults will all be in the delivery location data
store. If you want an appointment or meeting to placed in a different
calendar, use File>Move to Folder.
