Scheduling cleanup & defrag

I've tried to set up scheduled tasks through the wizard, but each time I set
one I receive this error message:
The task has been created, but may not run because the account information
could not be set. Specific error is: Ox80041310; Unable to establish
existence of the account specified.
I've tried setting my user account name with and without a password, but
still receive the same message.
Second question - Each time my Windows opens after booting up I have a file
window that opens automatically. How can I eliminate this window from
appearing each time?

For Question #2:

First, see if there is an option similar to "load at startup" in the
corresponding application(s). If so, uncheck the option. Secondly, you may
use the MSCONFIG.EXE utility in Windows to troubleshoot Windows startup.
