Scheduling a Meeting with 2 possible Times and Locations

I have need of scheduling a mandatory department meeting so that all
employees have a choice of 2 dates/times/locations to attend. I need to be
able to track who is attending at which location.

What is the best way to do this? Can you create a meeting and add voting
buttons? Should I create 2 different meeting invitations to the same crowd?

Help!

I'd create the two meetings and save them as iCalendar (.ics) files and
attach them both to a single message, instructing the recipients to click
the one they want to add it to their calendars.

Thanks Brian - that sounds like a possible solution. It's a little hard to
test these things out on the job. I wonder if I do it this I would get an
acceptance confirmation from the attendees? I'm trying to establish a
headcount.

If I create the meeting invitation and add my distribution list, then save
it without sending the invitation out, and I then attach it as an iCalendar
and send it to that same distribution list, would I still get a confirmation
when they accept? Let me know if you've tried this before.

Didn't want to bungle it in front of a huge audience! Thanks again for your
help.

It did when I tried it.
