scheduled tesks not running

I setup our servers to reboot weekly after hours over the weekends. I use
TSSHUTDN.exe adn setup a scheduled task. OUt of 200 servers, two of them fail
to run the scheduled task saying "Failed to Start". It's the exact same file,
path and account used on all other servers. I even tried another reboot tool,
PSShutdown from Systernals but it fails with the same error.

Temporarily I setup another server to remotely reboot those two servers
using the same file.

Any ideas on how to resolve this???
