Scheduled Tasks Problem

Hi, i have created a BAT file, an di would like it to be run once a week. I
have tried using the scheduled task wizard, but i get the following error,
when completing the wizard:

"The new task has been created, but may not run because the account
information could not be set. The specific error is:
0x80070005: Access is denied.
Try using the Task page browse button to locate the application."

I also tried setting a password (when it asks during the set up process but
with the same result).

I also noticed that other tasks (like disk clean up etc), have also not been
running, as their "status" says "could not start".

can anyone help me solve this problem.

Scheduled Tasks require an account with a non-blank password also Scheduled
Tasks|Advanced|View Log may provide some details.
