scheduled tasks JOB file

Does anybody know if the JOB files in the tasks folder are
movable?

Can I set up a job and then distribute it to other
computers tasks folders?

Anybody know the structure of the JOB file and If you can
edit it somehow without the scheduler API?

Yes.

I do it all the time. Note that some jobs may require the destination PC to
have and ACCOUNT and PASSWORD set.

I don't know about the JOB file structure however.
