Scheduled tasks don't run

I have two stand-alone Windows 2000 Pro systems with SP4.
Neither of them run the scheduled tasks created. It is
enabled and the password authority is active as my
logon "admin". I disabled the service and rebooted then re-
enabled, no luck. I searched the KB articles. Any
suggestions? Thanks
