Scheduled shut-down?

Is there a tool that allows the user to schedule a shut-down?

You could make a batch file and schedule it.

Right click desktop -> new -> text document -> name shutdown.bat -> right
click -> edit -> shutdown -s -> save and close.

To restart change the -s to -r.
