Scheduled scan problems

I have it set on Wednesday and Saturday at 5:45PM. But it
simply won't run. Is it a bug? Should i reinstall it?
Anyone else having the same problem?

Maybe is a bug.

I run 7 days a week, on time always.

Typically, scans run two days previous to the expected day, if i am
recalling correctly.
