schedule tasks in loginscript

Help!

Is there an easy way for me to schedule a job to start at login, with AT
command in a loginscript and merge a reg file with that users credentials in
the hive?

Have tried runas and it used the administrators hive in registry but not the
users one. I didn't worked with /env variable either..
Users don't have right to access thoose keys in registry, that's why I try
to use the administrator or system to do the job instead.
We use xp pro on the workstations

Long shot, and risky buisness, but have you tried adding the user to the
admin-group on the script-row just prior to the registry merge, and then
remove the user from the admin-group on the next row after ?
