Schedule task from command line?

The "AT" command is incomplete, and the GUI extremely
inefficient. How can I create, using a batch file, a
scheduled job which needs to run at system-boot time?

For Windows XP
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/schtasks.mspx

For Windows 2000
You can use the Task Scheduler Command Line Utility
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/win2000/jt.zip

OK, well, that thing's on steroids, but I've been able to
make it do what I want. Thanks! --Scott
