I WANT TO CREATE A DATA BASE THAT WILL SERVE SEVERAL FUNCTIONS FROM
1 COLUM. i WANT TO CHECK A BOX AND IT CREATE LABELS FOR THE ADDRESSES I
SELCETED FROM A CATAGORY BOX, ALSO NAME BADGES, LETTERS AND INVOICES
 
Create a query that uses the checkbox as a criterion so it only returns
the records you want. Then, for each kind of label, name badge, letter
etc. you want, create a report that gets its data from the query.
