The only way I can think of doing this is to use the Flagging functionality
from within outlook.
PS: the above method will not send the message automatically, it will only
bring to your attention that an email needs sending to the specified user on
the given date.
you don't indicate which version of OL you are using but this method
will work with OL2000.
1) compose your message as you normally would
2) instead of clicking SEND, click OPTIONS on the STANDARD TOOLBAR
3) click the box DO NOT DELIVER BEFORE and then select a date/time
4) click CLOSE
5) click SEND.
your message will sit in the outbox until the appointed time and date.
