Schedule a Reboot

Since there are so many new Microsoft security patches that are coming out.
I would like to schedule my servers to reboot every 3 days in the middle of
the night. I have found many things about shutdown.exe that comes with the
reskit but I do not have that and have not been able to find shutdown.exe
for download on Microsoft web site. Can someone tell me how the schedule a
reboot for a windows 2000 server.
