Scanpst.exe - no lost and found folder created.

Hi.
I recently inadvertantly deleted some emails from my deleted items folder.
I purposely corrupted my Outlook.pst file then used the scanpst.exe utility.
When I re-started Outlook I expected to have a lost & found folder there, but
there was not. Everything, all folders and emails, look the same.

Did I do something wrong. There are some important emails I need to recover.

scanpst.exe is the repair tool, it does not recover deleted data
What are you doing storeing mail in the deleted folder? Recover from your
backups
