.scanpst.exe error. Need to find file location for .pst

Outlook doesn not start: gives message to use Inbox repair tool
(scanpst.exe). I need to find thefile location. Wants me to find the name of
the file i want to scan.
How do I find this file - I have done as instructed

Look for C:\Users\Kony\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
and then select the outlook.pst file.
 
The 'Mail' applet in the Control Panel will tell you where your PST
file(s) are.

In Control Panel, open the Mail applet and click the Data Files button. That
will tell you where the PST file resides. Unless you have enabled viewing
hidden files and folders, it's likely you will not be able to browse to this
file, however. You can, of course, type the entire path into the SCANPST
prompt, however.
